Yes! We have trusted associate photographers available for select wedding dates. Nate will still personally oversee the planning process, communication, editing, and final delivery of your photographs, so you’ll receive the same thoughtful experience and signature style from beginning to end.

You’re not available for my wedding date! Do you have Associate photographers available?

An engagement session gives us a chance to work together before the wedding day while creating photographs that celebrate this season of your relationship. You’ll become more comfortable in front of the camera, learn how I direct and photograph, and head into your wedding day already knowing what to expect. It’s also a great opportunity to choose a meaningful New Hampshire or New England location that feels personal to you.

Why is an engagement session so important?

A first look is a private moment before the ceremony when you see each other for the first time. Beyond creating an intimate experience together, it can also give us more flexibility for portraits, wedding-party photographs, and family photos before the ceremony. It isn’t right for every couple, though, and we’ll help you decide whether a first look makes sense for your timeline and the way you want your wedding day to feel.

What is a first look and should we do it?

You’ll receive guidance to help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully while still feeling like you. We’ll consider your location, season, personal style, and the overall look you want for your engagement photographs so everything feels cohesive, comfortable, and natural.

What should we wear to our engagement session?

Wedding photographs are carefully edited and typically delivered within three weeks of your wedding day. Every celebration is different, so we don’t promise an exact number of images, but you can generally expect approximately 75–100 finished photographs per hour of coverage.
