NH Fall Engagement Session Portsmouth, NH

Here’s a few from Amanda and Chris‘s engagement session this past weekend. I’m super jealous of Amanda’s perfect teeth, it looks like someone pulled her out of a fashion magazine or soemthing…. okay now that we got that out of the way lets talk about the photos.

We walked around downtown Portsmouth, NH  for a couple hours enjoying the golden hour sunshine. Amanda really wanted to get the fall colors in her session but Portsmouth isn’t really known for tress — it’s more of a downtown feel.  I found this small road that was lined with colorful trees so we started there. We played on someone’s apartment doorsteps and then took a short walk until we came across this yellow building that was just glowing from the warm sun. At tis point it was time to change outfits and head to a new location. I got back to my car and to my surprise I had a nice parking ticket because my meter expired 5min before I got there 🙁 Eventually we made our way down to Rt. 1 towards the coast where we played chicken with the cars until we got the shot we wanted. When we arrived there wasn’t a single car in sight and then of course the minute we wanted to shoot in the road a heard or vehicles decided to travel in our path. After shooting on the side of the road, waiting for the traffic to clear up, we eventually were able to get in road and get the shot we wanted.

Anyways, here are a few photos from the session. I love the warm feel even though it was pretty damn chilly outside. Hope you enjoy 🙂
